What we eat deeply and radically and directly affects the way we think, feel, and behave. Eating an organic living-food plant based ‘live-it’ food is known to have massively more nutrition than conventionally grown food. A live-it of raw plant foods puts you in touch with the vital power (élan vital) that is an endless source of abundance and variety. 

Living foods include fruits, vegetables, nuts, sprouts, seaweeds, grains, spices, herbs, oils, and naturals sweeteners in a a balanced combination that excites the palate. Most often living foods are completely raw, uncooked, unprocessed, and (always) organic or wild grown. Some living foods have been dehydrated, fermented, sprouted, or sun-dried.
